Adrián joined the real estate sector more than 10 years ago, in a family business specialized in brokerage and expert analysis. During this period, Adrián acquired extensive experience in the analysis of high and best use of properties, land valuations, land studies, and market prices. In 2012, Adrián joined Nai Costa Rica, fully engaging in the representation of retail, industry, office and investment clients, Adrián specialized in the representation of corporate, commercial and land corporate clients. As part of his training he specializes in the representation of private investors and high-profile trademarks, facilitating transactions in property markets for development, industry, investment product and offices.
Over the years, Adrián takes his experience to new heights and, currently, has achieved savings, sales, purchases, leases and placement of investment product in his clients, with more than 1,000,000 square meters in different markets. After 4 years focused on various markets, the opportunity arises to work with more emphasis on the retail market, development land and the industrial market. With a critical view from the perspective of the client with their previous years of experience in this part, it helps investors lease their spaces with a unique process of active marketing. Today after 3 years commercializing commercial real estate has managed to position more than 50 thousand m2 in commercial spaces and buildings and 20 thousand m2 in industrial spaces. Adrián currently has a portfolio of numerous clients, buildings and properties for development.
Graduated from the Hotel Business Administration degree at the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica with an exchange in France at the Lycée de Saint-Dié-des-Vosge and with certifications such as: Live Massimo Immersion, Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers Course, with a background in companies such as Nai Costa Rica, Hotel San José Palacio-Barceló dedicated to sales, has managed to consolidate these qualities in its comprehensive real estate consulting.
