Adam Lightbody specializes in tenant representation and advisory services. Mr. Lightbody not only represents tenants in the Detroit market but also works with larger companies on their multimarket space requirements on a local to international basis. He has expertise in representing a variety of tenants with all aspects of their portfolio needs, including but not limited to lease negotiations/restructuring, relocations, renewals, expansions, contractions, acquisitions, subleases and sales.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Lightbody was an account executive in Mohr Partners’ Detroit office. In this role, he focused on identifying and delivering corporate representation services to multi-market corporate clients in order to effectively manage their real estate.
Mr. Lightbody began his career as an associate at O’Keefe & Associates Consulting, a financial consulting firm. His responsibilities included conducting receiverships and bankruptcy filings for residential multihousing condos/apartments/subdivision developments, Tier 2 and Tier 3 automotive suppliers and hotels.

Mr. Lightbody received a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in supply chain management (SCM) from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Oakland University.
