As a executive managing director with Newmark, Adam Greenberg focuses on new business origination, risk evaluation, structuring and real estate brokerage including the coordination of all phases of the transaction, from strategic planning and analysis through closing.
Mr. Greenberg, as an agent on behalf of his clients, represents clients in both a mortgage banking capacity and a real estate brokerage role for a multitude of transactions in the Southeast. He has extensive expertise in the investment sales of retail, office, commercial development opportunities, multifamily, land and debt sales. Mr. Greenberg has led over $1.5 billion in institutional and private client transactions.
In the capital advisory services sector, Mr. Greenberg represents his clients’ interests in the local and global capital markets by providing senior, mezzanine and equity capital placement services, construction/bridge, semi-permanent, permanent and structured financing. Mr. Greenberg’s early involvement in the feasibility, acquisition or refinance process not only assists clients in their budgeting and expectations for financing, but ensures a transaction will run smoothly from inception to completion.
In Mr. Greenberg’s personal life, he is an avid dog lover and rescuer. He is a founding member of the UnderDog Foundation, a non-profit organization taking action on the plight of disadvantaged animals by focusing its efforts on financing the search, rescue, rehabilitation and adoption of animals, including dogs, cats and horses and birds.
