Adam D. Kleiser, MAI, serves as a senior vice president with Newmark’s Valuation & Advisory in the company’s Palm Beach Gardens office in the Florida/Caribbean region. A 20-year appraisal and consulting veteran, Mr. Kleiser specializes in the valuation of golf course properties and is a member of the Newmark V&A’s Hospitality, Gaming & Leisure Group. Mr. Kleiser also has experience providing consultations, reviews, market studies, rent analysis, feasibility studies and litigation support. Mr. Kleiser’s experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including, but not limited to, golf courses, self-storage facilities, office buildings, retail buildings, shopping centers, mixed-use properties, single and multifamily residential projects, industrial projects, gas stations, schools, marinas and various types of vacant land.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Kleiser was a vice president at CBRE, Inc. in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Mr. Kleiser earned a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from the University of Central Florida. He has also completed multiple Appraisal Institute courses, the Appraisal Institute’s General Comprehensive Exam and the Appraisal Institute’s General Demonstration Report - Capstone Program toward receiving his MAI designation.
