Adam Couch joined Newmark Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory in 2018 as a vice president in the company’s New Orleans office. Mr. Couch focuses on fee preparation of real estate appraisals and has experience with a wide variety of property types, including retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, multifamily, land, hospitality and special purpose properties.
Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Couch worked as a staff appraiser at The McEnery Company, a New Orleans-based firm providing real estate services throughout Louisiana as well as southern Mississippi and Alabama. He also completed appraisal assignments in Arkansas while with the firm.

Mr. Couch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in geography from Northern Arizona University. More recently, he has completed qualifying and continuing education courses at the Appraisal Institute.
