Stacey Berman has joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Baltimore office as a managing director, primarily focused on commercial office property sales, landlord leasing interests and tenant representation.
She is responsible for the office portfolio leasing efforts at the esteemed Village of Cross Keys, located at Northern Parkway and Falls Road, and is exclusive leasing agent for several buildings in downtown Baltimore.
Ms. Berman, a 20-year industry veteran with commercial and residential property experience, has additional expertise in asset management, construction, tenant improvements, capital improvements, budgeting and operations, involving commercial, retail, residential and condominium properties.
With extensive property knowledge and both RPA and FMA designations, Ms. Berman offers clients thorough insight, which extends through the entire leasing, construction and commencement process.

Prior to joining NGKF, Ms. Berman was Vice President, Associate Broker, at Manekin LLC. Her prior career experiences also included overseeing leasing for a five-million-square-foot office portfolio on the East Coast.
Ms. Berman, a licensed real estate broker in Maryland, is a BOMI Institute member. She received her certification in Paralegal Studies from George Brown College in Toronto, Canada. She also is founder and chair of The Baltimore POWER Group, a select group of real estate professionals who collaborate on industry activities and practices, and participates in charitable community service events in the Baltimore area.
