Newmark announced today that they have added senior leadership to lead a new Hospitality, Gaming and Leisure practice, within the company’s Valuation and Advisory (V&A) practice, hiring a veteran group of highly respected industry leaders with a remarkable tenure and history of success.
The new leadership includes David S. Gray, MAI, MRICS, executive vice president, Edy Gross executive vice president, and Ryan Maker, analyst. Mr. Gray and Mr. Maker will both be based in the Boca Raton office, while Mr. Gross will be located in the Miami office.
Mr. Gray and Mr. Gross will be responsible for Hospitality, Gaming & Leisure assignments in the Southeastern US and the Caribbean, with support from Mr. Maker. “Bringing on David, Edy, and Ryan in the southeast is a trifecta of talent and it is the perfect near-ending of the page turner that has been the build out of our immensely talented Hospitality, Gaming and Leisure Practice,” said John Busi, president of V&A.
“I am fortunate to be in great company with such high-level talent coming to the V&A practice,” added David Gray, executive vice president of V&A’s Hospitality, Leisure and Gaming practice. “The entrepreneurial spirit is contagious at Newmark and that’s what makes them so successful and nimble to making strategic decisions.”
“What excites me most is the leadership, team, and potential for growth in this practice,” said Edy Gross, executive vice president of V&A’s Hospitality, Gaming and Leisure practice. “Newmark has been able to recruit impressive talent in the industry with a solid and seasoned leadership team.”
