Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) is pleased to announce that TC Bartoszek, retail specialist, has received the Rising Star award, presented by The Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati (CRECC). The award was announced at CRECC’s annual awards ceremony, held on January 28th at Hyde Park Country Club.
According to CRECC, The Rising Star award goes to an agent that qualified for the Top Producers Club this year and is relatively new to the commercial real estate business (1-3 years). The basis for the award shall be made to recognize an individual for their outstanding achievements and accomplishments in the Cincinnati brokerage field in their short time in the business.
Bartoszek joined NGKF’s Cincinnati, Ohio office in 2015. As a retail specialist, he is responsible for the sale and leasing of commercial retail properties throughout the Cincinnati area. Since joining the firm, Bartoszek has completed multiple lease transactions including taking 4842-4978 Union Centre Pavilion Drive (Union Center Pavilion) in West Chester, Ohio from 20% occupancy to 80%, adding 10 new tenants to the property. He has completed several sale transactions in which he represented the seller, including: 3290 US 22/3 (Landen Station) in Loveland, Ohio; 4171 Hunt Road (Blue Ash A-One Strip Center) in Blue Ash, Ohio; and 702 Indian Hill Road (Village Floral of Terrace Park) in Terrace Park, Ohio. Bartoszek has represented notable clients such as Amazon.com, Barre3 and Pasquale’s Pizza, to name a few.
Prior to joining NGKF, Bartoszek was part of the first retail team for Cincinnati Commercial, REALTORS. He started his real estate career with The Everest Group, Inc., where he was responsible for the sale and leasing of retail properties in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky market. Before getting into real estate, Bartoszek served as an account executive with Total Quality Logistics, a freight brokerage firm. He is an active member of CRECC, National Association of Realtors (NAR) and International Council Shopping Center (ICSC) and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Ohio.
