In his new role with NGKF, Leb will work closely with landlords and tenants to help them achieve their specific real estate objectives. Joining a team led by Executive Managing Director Jeff Cristal, Leb specializes in office tenant representation, with a focus on leasing and sales. Prior to joining NGKF, he was employed as the associate director of development and national affairs with The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) in Chicago, where he co-managed annual fundraising and political goals for the Ohio market.
Leb received his Master’s Degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Ohio and is active in numerous professional and charitable endeavors. Leb is a board member for the Young Leadership Division of the Cleveland Jewish Federation and is treasurer of Heartland PAC. In addition, he is an active member of AIPAC Cleveland, NAIOP Northern Ohio and Playhouse Square Partners, a not-for-profit group in Northeast Ohio that engages young professionals in leadership, volunteer and social activities.
