Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Lemanski and Anthony Avendt, senior managing directors in the company’s Detroit office, recently completed the sale of a 44,000-square-foot building at 38455 Hills Tech Drive in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Lemanski and Avendt represented the property owner, Hillmont Properties, LLC, in the transaction. The building, a high-tech industrial warehouse built in 1986, is located across from Bosch Group’s headquarters and offers immediate access to I-696. The facility features 16’ clear ceilings, multiple drive-in doors and ample parking.
The buyer of 38455 Hills Tech Drive, Hills Tech Holdings, LLC, is an entity of Gentherm, a global market leader and a developer of innovative thermal management technologies. The company purchased the property due to a need for additional office and lab space close to its headquarters on Haggerty Road.
