In Miami, Mr. Katz will co-head NGKF’s Florida region with Vice Chairman Patrick Duffy. Mr. Capps will head the Carolina operations from Raleigh, N.C. The two lead a multi-disciplined team that focuses on large complex transactions on behalf of some of the leading corporations and law firms nationally.

“Joining NGKF was a pivotal and strategic decision for us,” said Mr. Katz. “NGKF, with its affiliates Cantor Fitzgerald and CCRE, allows us to broaden our intellectual capital, as well as expand our platform by adding a full range of value-added services for our clients both locally and nationally.”
