With a focus in tenant representation, Mr. Boyd provides a wide range of real estate services to leading companies in the Washington, D.C., metro area and throughout the United States, and has completed over 15 million square feet of real estate transactions during his career. He brings to NGKF diverse business experience and an impressive client roster, having represented regional and national corporations and associations, as well as firms across a broad array of industries, including technology, telecom, government contracting, engineering, professional services, information technology, defense and aerospace.
Mr. Boyd also has been involved in a variety of corporate real estate projects, such as headquarters selection, data centers and network operating centers (NOCs). Notable transactions include a 1.2-million-square-foot build-to-suit project for Exodus Communications in Dulles, Va.; headquarters leases for Sunrise Senior Living, e.spire Communications, MircroStrategy, Silo Smashers, US Inspect, Lifeminders, and PEC Solutions/NORTEL Government Solutions; operations and training facility for Management Concepts in Washington, D.C.; and the nearly 250,000-square-foot headquarters and distribution center for GTSI Corp. near Dulles International Airport.

In addition, he has served on the board of directors for the Greater Washington Commercial Association of REALTORS® and was programs chair for the Northern Virginia Technology Council. Mr. Boyd holds a B.S. in business from Texas Christian University and an M.B.A. from Averett University.
