Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) Global Corporate Services has amplified its team in Dallas, adding Jefferson Lillard and Jim Landsaw to its ranks. Mr. Lillard, a managing director, recently served as a senior adviser with Cresa, where he focused on sourcing and procuring portfolio account work for its National Corporate Services group. Prominent clients include Manitowoc Company, Archipelago Learning, The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, Actuant, Briggs & Stratton, and Medical Services of America. As a project manager for McKinney Avenue Properties, he negotiated transactions with the City of Dallas’ Tax Increment Financing division.
Mr. Landsaw, managing director, account management, has more than 16 years experience in tenant representation, portfolio management and strategic planning. Working with Seth Weinstein, GCS executive managing director and principal, he will manage the national account for a major banking and financial institution. Mr. Landsaw was a senior vice president with Fischer & Company prior to joining NGKF and has held advisory positions with The Staubach Company and CBRE Corporate Advisory Group.
