During a period of consolidation or zero growth for many major law firms, Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP (Cahill) has signed a new, 13,500-square-foot expansion lease for the entire 26th floor at 80 Pine Street, its headquarters since the building originally opened in 1960. The top-tier Am Law 100 firm, with offices in Washington, D.C., and London, now occupies approximately 250,000 square feet at the 40-story Rudin Management Company, Inc. property.
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) Executive Vice President Moshe M. Sukenik represented Cahill. Rudin Management Senior Vice President Thomas Keating and Vice President Gene Baumstein represented ownership in-house.
“We very much appreciate the advice and guidance provided by Moshe Sukenik and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in connection with our recent leasing activity,” said Cahill partner Daniel J. Zubkoff.
