NPV Direct Invest has negotiated a 82,000-square-foot long-term lease extension at its Chelmsford complex with the software company Kronos, Inc., one of the largest employers in Massachusetts and a long-time prominent tenant in the region.
Kronos renewed at 4 Omni Way, one of three buildings on Omni Way that is owned by NPV Direct and leased and managed by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) advisors Drew Nelson and Chris Curley.
Peter Evans, principal of NPV Direct Invest, said, “We are very pleased to extend our relationship with Kronos and maintain this high-quality, well-known company within our portfolio.”
Mr. Nelson said that space is currently available at NPV Direct’s two other properties. Those buildings are 2 Omni Way, with 82,000 square feet available, and 6 Omni Way, with 51,000 square feet - each with the ability to accommodate a single user or multiple tenants.
