Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) announced that Senior Property Manager Kathryn Rhinehart, CPM, RPA, LEED Green Associate has been named to the 2013 Board of Directors for the Greater Phoenix chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.
Ms. Rhinehart, who has been a BOMA member since 1987, said, “I have benefited greatly from the education and networking opportunities provided by BOMA throughout my career and look forward to further advancing the goals of our chapter, which include representing and promoting the interests of the commercial real estate industry and its professionals.”
Drawing upon nearly three decades of property management experience, Ms. Rhinehart currently oversees a 12-asset, 582,000-square-foot office portfolio in the Phoenix metro area for NGKF and over the past several years has greatly expanded her expertise through education and training that focuses on energy efficiency and other sustainable building practices.
