Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail announced that Janovic Paint & Decorating Center has signed a long-term lease at 1491 Third Avenue at the corner of 84th Street. The legendary New York City retailer is relocating from its current Upper East Side location at 87th Street and Third Avenue, and will occupy approximately 4,200 square feet on the ground floor plus basement. Janovic currently has 11 locations throughout New York City.
Jeffrey D. Roseman, executive vice president, and Amy Zhen, associate, at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail, represented the landlord M3 Holdings, LLC, while Craig Hantgan of Esquire Properties, Inc. represented the tenant.
