Cicatelli Associates Inc. signed a new, 10-year lease for 33,446 square feet at at 505 Eighth Avenue. The transaction marks an expansion of 8,700 square feet for the developer of training and technical assistance services for health and social service providers.
Ownership, Newmark Holdings, was represented by Eric Gural and Allen Gurevich of Newmark. Studley’s Marc Shapses, Jason Schwartzenberg and Joe Messina arranged the lease on behalf of the tenant.
