Newmark is pleased to announce the continued and rapid growth of its Valuation & Advisory (V&A) practice at its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Morgantown, West Virginia offices. With deep roots and a history of industry-leading client service in the Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia market, the team’s growth is being driven by a seasoned regional leadership team and a highly experienced group of appraisers.
At the helm is Senior Managing Director and Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia Market Leader Paul Griffith, MAI, CRE, FRICS, an industry veteran with a long track record of providing expert analysis and positioning area clients to realize maximum value on their assets and businesses. Assisting Mr. Griffith in the leadership effort is a team of prominent appraisers, including Senior Vice President Douglas A. Herold, MAI, and Senior Vice President Michele L. Allerton, MAI.
The team oversees a practice group that provides valuation and consulting services for a vast range of property types across the region. Ms. Allerton brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Newmark’s V&A Healthcare and Senior Housing practice and has completed more than 800 assignments to date. Overall, the appraisers in the Pittsburgh and Morgantown offices bring an average of more than 20 years of experience to their practice.
