Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF), a leading commercial real estate advisory firm, was appointed by Questar Properties as the exclusive leasing agent for 414 Light Street. Managing Director, Retail Services, Glenn Ulick of NGKF will market the retail space in the iconic new 44-story mixed-use apartment building overlooking Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
