The Newmark Knight Frank Management Services Transition Plan is simple, straightforward and proven through direct experience. Our plan maintains continuity of all project operations, from notification of award through transition and contract start. Our main objective during the transition period is to evaluate the unique systems and operations at each asset and integrate them into Newmark Knight Frank with no service interruptions or degradation to mission operations.
