Bryce Blanchard

Executive Managing Director - Investments

Bryce Blanchard joined the Salt Lake City office of Newmark Grubb ACRES in 1999 and within a few years became a principal of the firm. Bryce is the top investment agent at the company. Over the course of his 20-year career, he has been responsible for more than $3.5 billion in closed investment sales spanning over 400 transactions. This productivity landed him a place on Newmark Grubb ACRES' Top 10 Agent list for the last 15 years, and he was Agent of the Year in 2017.

Excellence is Bryce's standard in whatever he undertakes. He has been a student body president, valedictorian, basketball state champion, award-winning collegiate athlete, and forensic debater. Bryce has been published in The Enterprise, Western Business Real Estate, Yahoo! Finance and The Wall Street Journal. In 2008, 2015 and 2018, he was selected to be the investment specialist speaker for the NAIOP Utah Commercial Real Estate Symposium. He has also been a finalist for the CCIM Institute's Investment Broker of the Year award in the state of Utah each consecutive year. Bryce enjoys speaking at industry events and writing articles while taking great joy in consulting with his network of associates on matters of real estate, business and investing.

Bryce values excellence, integrity, and results and plans to eventually write a book. He spent two years volunteering in New Zealand and is married with four children.
