NKF exclusive adviser for sale Tarrytown office park

Commercial real estate advisory firm Newmark Knight Frank was retained as exclusive adviser for the sale of Talleyrand Office Park, located at 200 and 220 White Plains Road in Tarrytown, N.Y.

NKF began the sale process of the two, six-story office buildings which total approximately 179,000 square feet on 11 acres. Kevin Welsh, Brian Schulz and Chuck Kohaut of NKF’s Northern New Jersey Capital Markets team are representing the Seller.

“Talleyrand offers an extremely rare opportunity for an investor or redeveloper to acquire the properties and execute various value-add strategies, with flexibility provided by the current occupancy level, mixed-use zoning, and short lease terms,” said Welsh.

Located at the intersection of Interstate 287/Cross Westchester Expressway, Interstate 87, and Route 9 – and just three minutes from the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge – the site benefits from its proximity to the Tri-State area as well as a walkable, transit-oriented environment.

Talleyrand also offers multiple opportunities for investors or redevelopers looking to capitalize on attractiveness of downtown Tarrytown, NKF said. Building 200 could be repurposed to multifamily, senior housing or medical, or redeveloped for single-tenant occupancy.
