Corporate Capital Markets (“CCM”) is a national practice group based in Boston comprising a three-person team of licensed investment bankers and an experienced financial analyst. The team joined Newmark in 2018 and has executed $7.5 billion of transactions in the last 5 years. Of this total, $3.9 billion has been executed for corporate real estate assets under Synthetic Lease and Finance Lease structures.

CCM provides structured corporate debt capital markets financing for tenants and property owners alike. CCM structures and syndicates transactions where the primary investment consideration is the credit profile of the corporate tenant. The team’s asset focus is large stand-alone single-tenant “core” corporate properties with high credit quality tenants. Sector coverage includes energy, technology, media, healthcare, industrial, retail, and others.
