The Wilmington Central Business District continued its positive trend through the second quarter of 2017. Quarter-over-quarter, the CBD's overall vacancy rate continued to decrease, falling 160 basis points to 19.6%, as the submarket posted 107,465 square feet in occupancy gains over the past 90 days. During the quarter, Chemours occupied 59,680 square feet of temporary space at the Nemours Building (1007 North Orange Street) while its current headquarters at 1000 North Market Street are being renovated, and The Archer Group relocated from 233 North King Street to 26,872 square feet at 600 North King Street.
