Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Global Corporate Services (GCS) has secured an exclusive agreement to represent and manage the global account of Dallas-based MoneyGram International as it expands operations.
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank GCS will provide brokerage, consulting, lease administration, project management and strategy for the international portfolio comprising 142 sites. The global money transfer firm is headquartered at 2828 N. Harwood in Dallas, Texas, and operates in 192 countries.
