The Tri-Valley office and office/flex market ended the second quarter of 2019 with 299,915 square feet of negative absorption. Most of this absorption was due to large block subleases in the Class A office segment. Many of the Tri-Valley's recent subleases have been the result of corporate acquisitions and consolidation of existing real estate. The overall availability rate at the end of the second quarter was 12.49%.
