BenchMarks Boston

Newmark Knight Frank continued its national BenchMarks research conference series with the inaugural BenchMarks Boston event on September 17, 2019 at Boston Symphony Hall.

A large gathering of the commercial real estate industry’s senior decision-makers heard Sandy Paul, NKF’s Senior Managing Director of National Research, deliver a state-of-the-market overview and forecast presentation. The presentation distilled trends and shed light on the pivotal forces and issues that will affect the Boston area’s economy and commercial real estate industry in the coming years.

Following the presentation, Robert Griffin, Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets, moderated a panel discussion with three local luminaries: Courtney Agar of MIT Investment Management, Tom Andrews of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, and John Sullivan of SVB Leerink. They discussed the future of Boston’s commercial real estate market with a special focus on the life sciences industry. Guests at the invitation-only event then adjourned to a networking reception.
