Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) Global Corporate Services has been selected by SunGard Availability Services (SunGard AS) as its corporate real estate provider for North America, managing real estate transactions for all of SunGard AS’s facilities including sales offices, operations centers and data center expansions in the U.S. and Canada, as well as providing global lease administration.
SunGard AS is a pioneer and leading provider of information availability solutions, delivering disaster recovery services, managed IT services, information availability consulting services and business continuity management software to its customers.
The North American portfolio includes approximately five million square feet of data center and operations space. NGKF Global Corporate Services had been providing lease audit services to SunGard AS prior to being awarded the transaction management and lease administration assignment.
