Seth Weinstein is a vice chairman with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Global Corporate Services.
Mr. Weinstein oversees Global Corporate Services' U.S. operation and its dynamic expert team. His national account experience and success extends beyond simply expanding the firm's presence in Northern Texas; he is largely credited with helping evolve the firm into one of the world's leading global corporate services providers in commercial real estate, serving an enviable roster of clients with national and global footprints.
Mr. Weinstein has been instrumental in positioning Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as a leader in specialty areas such as global program and account management.
Mr. Weinstein is responsible for program and account management, with a focus on helping companies align their real estate, facilities and operations with their overall business objectives. Strategically managing and implementing local, national and global assignments, he is widely recognized for his success with helping companies reduce operating costs, streamlining real estate processes and providing comprehensive reporting. His local, national and global assignments include Wells Fargo, Wachovia and Riverbed Technology, and prominent Fortune 500 companies such as McAfee Inc., Morgan Stanley and URS Corporation, among others.
Mr. Weinstein joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Dallas office in 2008, when the firm acquired Predium, which he co-founded in 2002. Prior to his tenure at Predium, Mr. Weinstein was a partner of an international real estate services firm, where he helped build the national accounts group and was consistently a top producer.
