Bryan Loewen

Executive Managing Director

Bryan Loewen leads Newmark Knight Frank's global data center practice. In this role, Mr. Loewen works closely with the company's 300 worldwide offices to assist local and multinational organizations in developing business continuity plans and finding and developing mission critical strategies involving data centers, colocation sites and hosting facilities.

Since 2004, Mr. Loewen has specialized in data center and other mission-critical real estate properties. His clientele includes major tenants, landlords, developers and private equity companies with requirements specific to the data center sector. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mr. Loewen worked for more than a decade in the telecommunications and energy sectors, holding a broad range of technical, financial and executive management responsibilities. Mr. Loewen's firsthand experience with data centers offers unparalleled real estate expertise to all mission critical facilities.

Mr. Loewen received his Master of Business Administration degree in telecommunications. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Illinois.
