Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is pleased to announce that Get Air Trampoline Parks LLC has signed a long-term lease for 22,000 square feet at 11 River Bend Center. NGKF’s Senior Managing Director Tim Rorick and Director Brad Soules led the transaction on behalf of the owner, River Bend Center, LLC. Get Air will take occupancy during the first quarter of 2017.
Get Air’s new trampoline park location will mark its first in the state of Connecticut and is part of the company’s broad expansion plan. Its 22,000 square feet in the newest building on the campus comprises a two-story open space with ceiling heights of 29 feet. “This property’s immense flexibility made it a great fit for Get Air,” said Rorick. “The property, made up of an array of 12 buildings, can support traditional office space, medical office space, manufacturing, sports compounds, training and more.”
“We continue to be well suited for a variety of tenants and uses and look forward to Get Air joining our campus,” added property manager Jonathan Turner.
