Newmark is pleased to announce that four industry veterans Adam Etra, Mark Schoenholtz, Miles Spencer and Lawrence Wolfe have joined Newmark to lead Newmark Lodging Capital Markets as Vice Chairman and Co-Heads. Each brings with them a diverse range of industry experience in all types of lodging and leisure transactions, including property and portfolio sales, joint venture transactions and debt placement.
Each broker joins Newmark from Eastdil Secured where they helped oversee the industry leading practice and had unprecedented success, completing over $250 billion of lodging transactions. “We plan to build on the decades of success we have had together and focus on delivering superior service and unparalleled results for our clients,” said Wolfe. Added Spencer, “The culture within our organization will focus on collaboration, cooperation and the sharing of information to ensure that our clients remain our top priority.”

Etra, Schoenholtz, Spencer and Wolfe, bring to the firm nearly 100 years of combined experience and expertise with a broad range of clients, including REITs, private equity firms, hedge funds, high net worth investors and sovereign wealth funds.
In addition to these industry veterans, the following individuals have also joined Newmark Lodging Capital Markets: Michele Mahl, Managing Director, Nicholas Pappas, Director, and Jessica Shevins, Associate Director.
