Jeffrey E. Mack

Executive Managing Director

Jeffrey E. Mack is a senior leader in Newmark Knight Frank's Philadelphia operation. Mr. Mack has been a significant member of the commercial brokerage community in Philadelphia since 1979. He co-founded Smith Mack & Co. in 1984 and has continued to lease and sell more suburban office space than any other individual agent. He served as past chairman of the Philadelphia Board of Realtors, commercial and industrial division. NKF acquired Smith Mack & Co. in 2012.

Mr. Mack's select clients include Bimbo Bakeries (Grupo Bimbo), Brandywine Realty Trust, the Davis Companies, Day & Zimmermann, eBay - GSI Commerce, Equus Capital Partners, Jefferson Health System, Johnson & Johnson, Johnson Matthey, Kensey Nash, Keystone Property Group, Kynetic, Liberty Property Trust, LNR Partners, Main Line Health, Milliman, Oppenheimer & Co., Reliance Standard Life, SunGard and Vanguard.

Among his substantial tenant representation accomplishments, Mr. Mack has completed more than 85 transactions representing SunGard, including the 150,000-square-foot Wayne, Pennsylvania headquarters; the 127,300-square-foot consolidation in London; and the 120,000-square-foot consolidation at 340 Madison Avenue in New York City. Transactions for SunGard include multiple locations in London (127,300 square feet), Frankfurt, Stockholm and U.S. locations including Chicago (95,700 square feet), Jacksonville (87,000 square feet), Boston (80,245 square feet), Jersey City (56,136 squre feet) and Philadelphia (19,000 square feet). He has also completed more than 1.3 million square feet in transactions representing Wyeth Laboratories.

Mr. Mack's development site and investment sales includes Westlakes Office Park (56 acres), Devon Square Office Complex (16 acres), Plymouth Corporate Center (16 acres), Croton Road Corp. Center (11.8 acres), Wyeth headquarters (1.2 million square feet), Szeles Office Portfolio (460,486 square feet), 400 West Elm Street in Conshohocken (330,000 square feet), 300 Four Falls (300,000 square feet), Highview at Providence Corp. Center (175,000 square feet), the Merion Building (75,000 square feet), Day & Zimmermann headquarters (65,000 square feet), Hewlett Packard (50,000 square feet) and One Country View Road (50,000 square feet).
