John Giebel is a Director with the Land Services division of Newmark and the firm’s managing broker for the Virginia market. With his 21 years of real estate experience, Giebel assists clients in developing successful land acquisition strategies for both core and emerging markets. He is highly experienced with mixed-use development, multi-housing land, residential subdivisions, finished lots, land assemblages and re-zonings.
Giebel most recently served as a principal and managing broker with Jordan Real Estate Services, a land brokerage firm specializing in the Northern Virginia market. Prior to Jordan Real Estate Services, his professional background includes over seven years of experience as vice president of Fraser Forbes’ Northern Virginia team and six years of industrial sales and leasing experience at the Carey Winston Company.
