NGKF Capital Markets continues to expand its national platform with the addition of powerhouse capital markets loan sales specialist John Howley. Howley and his team, which includes John Daniels and Mike Toulomelis, will be based in NGKF’s Tysons, Virginia office.

Howley joins NGKF Capital Markets as executive managing director. He has over 20 years of experience as a financial advisor for the acquisition, financing and disposition of commercial and residential assets. Throughout his career, Howley has sold over $30 billion of assets and valued over $200 billion of loan product. He has consistently been one of the top performers in the industry and has closed some of the largest transactions in the industry, including several $1 billion plus loan portfolios. Howley has an innate understanding of the secondary debt markets and current capital market conditions. He has represented top-tier clients including TIAA-CREF, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, John Hancock Insurance, Bank of America and SunLife Insurance. Prior to joining NGKF Capital Markets, Howley served as executive vice president at Cushman & Wakefield.
Daniels comes to NGKF Capital Markets as director. He has successfully sold or financed assets totaling over $3 billion as well as valued loan assets of more than $50 billion. Daniels has represented national and regional companies such as CW Capital, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Allstate Insurance and Wells Fargo. Before joining NGKF Capital Markets, he served as a senior financial analyst at Cushman & Wakefield.
Toulomelis joins NGKF Capital Markets as senior analyst. Previously, he was a financial analyst with Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialized in underwriting and loan valuation, as well as market and financial analysis for all property types, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hotel, and vacant land.
