Cavan O’Keefe

Senior Managing Director

Cavan O'Keefe joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2016 as a senior managing director in the Seattle office, where he specializes in representing both tenants and landlords in office leasing transactions. Mr. O'Keefe works to provide clients in the Pacific Northwest market with access to NKF's top-of-the-line resources and the expertise of a leading full-service, entrepreneurial and global platform.

Mr. O'Keefe brings to his position 13 years of relevant experience. Most recently, he served as a first vice president at CBRE, where he focused on representing clients and providing investment advisory services in Downtown Seattle. In 2015, he completed more than 108 lease and sale transactions in Seattle, totaling more than 500,000 square feet. Mr. O'Keefe joined CBRE in 2004, after graduating from the University of Washington. He began his real estate career a year earlier, as a member of a Colliers International sales team, and prior experience in Real Estate development.
