Newmark Cornish & Carey today announced the addition of preeminent life science advisors Mary Hines and Jennifer Vergara to the firm. Together, Mrs. Hines and Mrs. Vergara will bring their leadership to the Life Science practice for Newmark Cornish and Carey. Each has been named executive managing director.

They represent many of the most renowned life science tenants and landlords in the Bay Area. Previously, Mrs. Hines and Mrs. Vergara were executive vice presidents with Kidder Mathews.

Mrs. Vergara began her commercial real estate career in 2003. She provides a comprehensive approach to real estate, assisting with strategic planning, development, financial analysis and asset management and specializes in both tenant and landlord representation.
