Andres Claure

Andres Claure joined Newmark Knight Frank as a senior vice president in 2009, specializing in the sale and leasing of office, R&D and industrial properties. Mr. Claure brings local market expertise and hard work to each assignment, producing successful outcomes for his clients every time.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Claure worked with Wayne Mascia Associates/TCN Worldwide for eight years, where he represented a variety of clients, from startups to publicly traded Fortune 500 companies in both the acquisition and disposition of real estate in both the Silicon Valley and nationwide. He took on the positions of executive vice president and director of sales in 2003, which added communication, recruiting, training, new business development and general management to his list of responsibilities. Mr. Claure was appointed western regional vice president for TCN Worldwide, a consortium of independent commercial real estate firms to which Wayne Mascia Associates belonged, in 2005.

Mr. Claure previously served on TCN Worldwide's board of directors. In this position, he not only gained exposure to the real estate business outside of Silicon Valley, but also formed mutually beneficial relationships with other brokers and brokerage service providers across the country and internationally.

Currently, Mr. Claure serves on the board of directors of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB). He served as the ASVB president in 2007.


Mr. Claure holds a degree in business administration with a double concentration in finance and insurance.
