Newmark Grubb Knight Frank announced that Managing Director Mark Hush and Associate Pat Ulch represented Supreme Indiana Operations, Inc., of Goshen, Ind., a subsidiary of truck body manufacturer Supreme Corporation, in the sale of a 146,465-square-foot industrial property in Woodburn, Oregon.
Wilson Construction, a national infrastructure utilities contractor, paid $2.7 million for the standalone manufacturing facility, which is located at 2450 Progress Way. The building features approximately 5,250 square feet of office space and is situated on a 12-acre site. Wilson Construction is expanding from its existing space in nearby Canby, Ore.
Following the transaction, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Bennett International Group of Atlanta, Ga., in the sale of an adjacent 3.43 acres of land for $485,585. This property was also purchased by Wilson Construction.
