Clark to help established leadership of Pittsburgh office with new business development and other initiatives as part of expanded territory.

The Pittsburgh office of Newmark Knight Frank has a new leader.

The company announced today that Jim Clark, an executive managing director of the firm in its Columbus office, has been promoted to Market Leader of a territory that includes Pittsburgh, Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati, expanding his role beyond his home market in central Ohio.

Through his new role, Clark will specialize in new business development, according to an announcement of the promotion, working with the established leadership of the four offices, including Lou Oliva and Gerard McLaughlin, the executive managing directors of the Pittsburgh office.

The company expects the new leadership approach will help Newmark Knight Frank to better serve its clients and recruit brokerage professionals.

Clark has overseen the company's Columbus office since 2016, and has worked in office and industrial real estate in central Ohio for nearly 30 years, working for a range of major clients in a variety of capacities.
