Very Fresh Noodles, where the noodles are so fresh that the dough is hand-pulled before your eyes, has signed a lease for its first outpost outside Chelsea Market.
The Taiwanese-inspired eatery, which has been in Chelsea since 2016, is adding an 830-square-foot space at 980 Sixth Ave. at West 36th Street. The asking rent was $374 per square foot.
Landlord Vanbarton Group was repped by Newmark Knight Frank’s David Abrams and Carly Geller. The tenant was repped by AKRE NYC’s Ava Kim.
