Two tenants duked it out for the 82nd floor of One World Trade Center and, as the Post’s Steve Cuozzo reported in June, Olo won.
Now, the second tenant, Carta, has leased 36,099 square feet on the 81st floor. Carta. also known as eshares, has outgrown its space at the nearby 515 Greenwich St.
The asking rent was $82 per foot for the seven-year deal.
Carta was represented by the JLL team of Steven Rotter, Justin Haber and Kyle Riker. The 1WTC ownership was represented by Eric Engelhardt and Karen Kuznick of the Durst Organization along with the Newmark Knight Frank team of David Falk, Jason Greenstein, Peter Shimkin, Hal Stein and Travis Wilson.
