Online Retailer Bombas Leases 33,300 SF at 881 Broadway

The sock designer company is moving its headquarters into the Winter Organization’s office building near Union Square.

NEW YORK CITY—Bombas got its footing in new office space, signing a lease with the Winter Organization for 33,300 square feet at 881 Broadway. The online sock designer and retailer will be moving its headquarters from 37 E. 18th St. toward the end of the summer or early fall. The asking rent for the long-term lease was $88 per square foot according to Newmark Knight Frank managing director Anthony Sciacca.

An NKF team led by executive managing director Robert Silver and Sciacca represented the Winter Organization in the transaction. Ellie Reiss of Skylight Leasing represented the tenant.
