Newmark Knight Frank awarded leasing assignment at The Parker in Rutherford

Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) said it was awarded the leasing assignment for retail space at the base of  luxury residential building The Parker, located at 106 Park Ave. in Rutherford, for the building’s landlord Vango Development.

The spaces are a combined 3,649 square feet flanking the ground floor lobby of the boutique, 52-unit rental building.

The Parker is in downtown Rutherford, with several restaurants and the Rutherford Public Library nearby. Located within 30 minutes of Manhattan in a premier New Jersey downtown area, the spaces in the Parker will serve well for tenants looking to be part of a welcoming – and growing – community.

Adjacent to neighboring stores such as Suprema, Playa Bowls, Dunkin Donuts and Kabob on the Cliff, the luxury rental building’s tenant population and its surrounding neighborhood offer a promising opportunity for retail businesses seeking a strong customer population.
