Queens food service firm relocates to Port Washington

Amko Trading Corp., an importer and manufacturer of food service equipment and cookware, has relocated from Flushing to Port Washington.

The company leased 15,000 square feet of warehouse space at 26 Harbor Park Drive.

Founded in 2001, Amko Trading sells a wide range of food preparation equipment, including ranges, rice cookers, noodle makers, pots, pans and other culinary products. The firm has offices, associates, and testing facilities in Los Angeles, Seoul, Hong Kong and Canada.

Bob Murphy of Greiner-Maltz represented the tenant, while Dan Oliver and Dan Marcus of Newmark Knight Frank represented landlord BEB Capital in the lease transaction.
