The 32-year-old company, which makes a wide assortment of drill bits, has leased a 25,000-square-foot industrial building on 1 acre at 150 Express St. The agreement includes an option for the firm to eventually purchase the property.
Ralph Perna of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, 150 Outback Realty LLC, in the lease transaction.
