The company renewed its lease for the 104,000-square-foot industrial building on 5.1 acres at 59 Spence St.
Chuck Tabone of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant, while Bobby Schliessman of MHM Realty represented landlord 59 Spence Street LLC in the lease renewal.
