Options for Community Living purchased a 25,000-square-foot office building in Ronkonkoma for $3.2 million.

The building, which was owned by data systems firm Aperio CI, is on 1.74 acres at 25 Howard Place. Aperio CI recently leased 4,000 square feet of office space at 4250 Veterans Memorial Highway in Holbrook in a deal brokered by Michael Zere of Zere Real Estate Services.

Options for Community Living provides housing, support services, and care coordination for people recovering from mental illness and those living with HIV/AIDS or other chronic illnesses. The nonprofit is selling its 14,000-square-foot office building at 202 E. Main St. in Smithtown, which is being marketed by Dan Oliver and Jack O’Connor of Newmark Knight Frank.

O’Connor, Oliver and their NKF colleagues Scott Berfas and Blake Leibowitz represented the buyer and the seller in the Ronkonkoma sales transaction.
