Michael L. Zobrist

Managing Director

Michael Zobrist is a managing director for the Retail division of Newmark Knight Frank, specializing in providing shopping center sales and leasing, retail development and landlord and tenant representation services throughout the Las Vegas valley. With 17 years of experience and numerous national relationships, he has been involved in more than 600 sale and lease transactions valued in excess of $450 million.

Mr. Zobrist joined NKF in 2007 to provide strategic real estate consulting services to national and local owners and users, including regional family businesses, entrepreneurs and notable national credit tenants. His role includes leading local efforts for retail sales, augmented by his collaboration with NKF's West Coast Capital Markets team and growing industry relationships.

A Las Vegas native, Mr. Zobrist offers strategic insight into the greater Las Vegas commercial real estate market and provides critical assessments that facilitate his clients' ability to achieve their asset objectives.

  • Stephanie Promenade: 105,500 SF center; completed 14 lease transactions to date totaling 62,400 SF, bringing occupancy from 37% to 98%.
  • Silverado Ranch Village: 62,964 SF center; completed 13 lease transactions to date totaling 29,030 SF, bringing occupancy from 46% to 100%.

Mr. Zobrist's industry recognitions include being named a CoStar Power Broker in 2009, 2010, 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2018. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
